Conceived as both guardian and witness, the Sentinel is a quiet, contemplative form emerging from the landscape as if it has always belonged there — a meaningful marker of nature’s refuge, memory, and stewardship. Originally created for the Hammond Museum’s Exhibit “Sound Forest / Songs of Disappearance” with sonic artist Bruce Odland.
