The personification or deification of nature exists fundamentally in Japanese mythology, Buddhism, and Shintoism. “Heart of the Tree -Bound/Unbound-“ is a reimagined version of the original work featuring colorful glass IV fruits, which was exhibited at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden (2023) and the Kinosaito Arts Center, NY (2024). Each variation tells a different story.
