Michelangelo’s DAVID sculpture has been neglected or forgotten, perhaps humans are no longer around to maintain it. Nature takes over, tree’s grow around it, strangle and crush the marble statue. We can recognize the sculpture from it’s famous contropostal stance and cocked wrist. Inspired by the Buddha heads swallowed by tree roots, this is a glimpse of the future of all our prized possessions.
